Blue Chip International LLC (BCI) is a consultation and resource company registered to perform work in the state of Nevada. Service Providers

BCI holds the right to employ, hire, assign, and/or empower service providers from time to time to assist and perform contracted and agreed work at its discretion; our clients empower BCI to be able to do this; all service providers have been chosen due to their past performance of outstanding work which has been testified to from time to time; Our clients will hold BCI harmless of any illegal or harmful acts performed by chosen companies; however, BCI will not hire or assign any company with the right to work on our clients behalf that has any known past misbehavior or criminal past; our service providers do offer warranties and BCI will do all within its power to ensure that these warranties are enforced for its clients; our clients are of utmost importance to us; we will see to it that their satisfaction is earned every step of the way; BCI agreements with its clients shall not negatively involve any service provider we chose to employ; this is a private agreement between BCI and its clients;

Business Credit Profiles

If BCI offers Business Credit Profiles for the expressed and sole purpose of establishing business credit for LLC's or Corporations only; we do not and will not assist in helping our clients in File Segregation, according to the FTC, or tax evasion, according to the IRS; it is our clients responsibility to educate themselves to the best of their ability according to the laws of their state of business; BCI clients agree to hold BCI harmless from any liabilities, either expressed or unexpressed, that result from misconduct on our clients behalf; this includes misleading information on government, credit, loan, or financial applications;

Our Consultants

Our consultants are independent agents of BCI; they possess no power to guarantee, change, modify any part of this or any other agreement of BCI; any agreement, outside this agreement, between any consultant of BCI and its clients is a private agreement and shall not legally effect nor involve BCI, its service providers, nor its employees in any way or form;

Offshore Business

Any opportunity offered by BCI as an investment project is of a private nature, not available to the general public and is, therefore, exempt from U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and all amendments thereof, and from any equivalent law of any jurisdiction.

All the above written is the sole expressed written judgment and/or opinion of BCI; our clients agree that they have considered and utilized our service by their own God-given power; no cohersion, manipulation, coaxing, falsification or misleading information led to this agreement. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
